Job Requirements
- Able to stand and move for the duration of shift

- Able to work near hot surfaces and open flames
- Experienced in using knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Preparing and executing a wide range of Southern-inspired dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation
- Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
- Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and promoting a culture of excellence
