Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to kitchen work
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
Job Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or scratch-cooking environment
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization
- Ability to work independently and take direction well
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to consistent, high-quality food execution
Job Duties
- Read, understand, and execute daily prep lists provided by the Junior Sous Chef
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items for lunch service with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout prep and service
- Follow all recipes, portioning standards, and food safety guidelines
- Assist with receiving, labeling, rotating, and storing product according to FIFO standards
- Communicate any product shortages, equipment issues, or operational concerns to the Junior Sous Chef or Executive Chef team
- Maintain proper sanitation, temperature logs, and daily checklists as required
- Support occasional weekend events as business demands
- Uphold Levy and Mercedes-Benz Stadium standards for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
