Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous line cook experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or scratch-cooking environment
  • strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • ability to work independently and take direction well
  • reliable, punctual, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and commitment to consistent, high-quality food execution

Job Duties

  • Read, understand, and execute daily prep lists provided by the Jr. Sous Chef
  • prepare, cook, and plate menu items for the 11:00 AM-2:00 PM lunch service with accuracy and consistency
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout prep and service
  • follow all recipes, portioning standards, and food safety guidelines
  • assist with receiving, labeling, rotating, and storing product according to FIFO standards
  • communicate any product shortages, equipment issues, or operational concerns to the Jr. Sous Chef or Executive Chef team
  • maintain proper sanitation, temperature logs, and daily checklists as required
  • support occasional weekend events as business demands
  • uphold Levy and Mercedes-Benz Stadium standards for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
