Job Description

The Kitchen Partner role is a vital back of the house position designed to support various kitchen functions such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher tasks. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager and other store management, the Kitchen Partner plays an essential role in the smooth operation of the kitchen. Job Requirements

  • assist in taking care of guest's needs
  • set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
  • properly produce the guest's order
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • put orders away as they arrive
  • check product for quality standards
  • complete daily checklists
  • complete daily par sheets accurately
  • ensure all food produced meets expectations
  • shrink and security control
  • follow systems for quality
  • alert management to any issues or problems
  • report all malfunctioning equipment to store management

Job Qualifications

  • experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • strong organizational skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • physical stamina to handle kitchen tasks
