Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
- experience with sushi preferred
- ability to stand and move well-paced for up to 5 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

- commitment to following company safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards, food quality standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
- wash hands before and throughout the shift and always between prepping items
- ensure all food meets safety, quality, and presentation standards
- cook all products timely and to proper temperature
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- exercise care with utensils, dishes, and equipment to minimize breakage
- set up and break down station daily and maintain prep levels
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
- read all notices for BOH team members and attend all team member meetings
- remain open to constructive feedback and coaching
- be willing to cross-train in multiple restaurant positions
- perform other related duties as needed
