Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • food handler certification preferred
  • must pass background check and participate in E-Verify
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company quality standards
  • coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking
  • maintain strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • ensure all food temperatures meet appropriate standards
  • follow all safety and sanitation protocols
  • work under direction of BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
