Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years cooking experience in high-volume kitchen banquet-style catering or fine-dining
- Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-energy environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak read and write in English
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques including grilling sauteing frying and roasting
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines and live station formats
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays according to event schedules
- Excellent customer service organization and time management
- Ability to speak read and write in English
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fresh made-to-order items at live buffet action stations
- Provide friendly professional interaction with guests while cooking and serving
- Ensure consistent portioning presentation and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout service
- Follow all food safety sanitation and equipment protocols
- Assist with setup breakdown and restocking of action stations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and culinary leadership to ensure smooth service flow
