Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience in a club or resort setting
- Culinary certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast and lunch service according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies prior to service
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures (HACCP guidelines)
- Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Monitor food quality and report any inconsistencies to the chef
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Properly store food items and label according to resort standards
