Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience in a club or resort setting
  • Culinary certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast and lunch service according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies prior to service
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures (HACCP guidelines)
  • Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation
  • Monitor food quality and report any inconsistencies to the chef
  • Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Properly store food items and label according to resort standards
