Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
  • Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • Ensure all food temperatures are appropriate for hot items
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation standards
  • Report directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a high volume restaurant setting
