Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement per local law
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and exhibit strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent guest service skills and a commitment to fueling moments worth sharing for our customers
  • Willingness to work across various kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
  • All backgrounds are welcome to apply previous sports knowledge or restaurant experience is not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Execute the production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively in multiple kitchen areas such as the Chip station, Shake station, Grill, Southwest area, and Expo
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in all assigned stations
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene during all preparation and cooking tasks
  • Contribute to a high-energy, positive team environment that fosters exceptional experiences for guests and colleagues
