  • culinary degree or related experience
  • two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work single stations in a kitchen
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • prepare dishes according to recipes and Hyatt standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
  • work under supervision to ensure quality and timely food preparation
  • communicate effectively with kitchen team members
  • participate in training and development activities
