Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years line cook experience with from scratch cooking
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Ability to read and write for communication
  • Ability to stand and move continuously for up to eight hours
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of line cook experience with from scratch cooking
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • Collaborate effectively with culinary team members
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
  • Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, dining staff, and team members
