- Excellent customer service focus and communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan, prep, and set up food items for menu and specials
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Meet with Head Cook and Sous Chef to review assignments and business levels
- Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides
- Communicate assistance needs during busy periods to Sous Chef
- Inform Head Cook of excess items usable for daily specials
- Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and Hotel requirements
- Minimize waste and control food costs
- Review work status and follow-up actions with Head Cook before leaving
