Job Requirements
- minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts
- serve safe certification or ability to obtain certification
- speak and read English minimum
- applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to provide documentation to legally work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and cook meals for guests on various train experiences including legacy, lunch, and dinner trains
- assist in seasonal events and private functions catering
- maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
- work efficiently in a fast-paced, small space environment on a moving train
- follow recipes, portion controls, and plating instructions accurately
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
