Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months to one year experience in the food industry in a comparable role
  • possession of food handler’s permit or sanitation certificate
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to adhere to uniform and hygiene standards
  • willingness to participate in team meetings and assigned duties
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Six months to one year experience in the food industry in a comparable role

  • food handler’s permit or sanitation certificate
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
  • consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
  • adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
  • label and date products produced on a daily basis
  • follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
  • perform work related duties as assigned
  • participate in department meetings
