Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum five years of kitchen experience
- good communication skills
- cooperative and positive attitude
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- valid food handler’s permit and required certifications
- ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- prepare dishes according to menu and adhere to production standards
- assist in supervision of Level 1 cooks
- ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of specials, soups, stews, and chilies
- assist servers with restocking and service during peak hours
- maintain cleanliness and safety of work and service areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen personnel and supervisors
- follow proper operation of kitchen equipment and tools
