Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industrys best practices
- Culinary school diploma a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train
- Ability to stand for long period of time
- Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts
- Serve Safe or ability to obtain certification
- Speak and read English - minimum
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fine dining meals for train guests during various scheduled journeys and special events
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Work efficiently in a small, fast-paced, and moving kitchen environment
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure swift and accurate meal delivery
- Adhere to food safety standards and company best practices
- Receive and act on coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Contribute positively to team morale and company culture
