Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge if applicable
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping slicing and marinating ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following manufacturer instructions and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service
