Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be able to obtain a gaming badge if applicable
  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
  • assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service
