Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain a gaming badge if applicable
- previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service
