Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge if applicable
  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service
