Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or relevant food service experience preferred
Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified
Must be able to work in smoke filled environments
Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Ability to do basic math calculations
Ability to stand and move efficiently and safely in the kitchen
Ability to handle items weighing up to 75 pounds
Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
Willingness to work in a variable temperature and noise environment

Job Qualifications

Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified
Ability to work in smoke filled environments
Mathematical skills including basic math and percentages
Able to stand and move safely throughout kitchen
Skilled in handling food, utensils, and equipment
High school diploma or equivalent or relevant food service experience preferred
Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Produce food from standardized recipes
Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly
Ensure stations are prepared for anticipated business levels
Consistently meet ticket time requirements
Perform daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines
Handle high volume cooking and plating maintaining quality
Work with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, timeliness, and safety
Follow procedures under culinary management supervision
Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments
Occasionally interact with guests
Abide by appearance standards
Perform additional assigned duties
