Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or relevant food service experience preferred
  • Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environments
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Ability to do basic math calculations
  • Ability to stand and move efficiently and safely in the kitchen
  • Ability to handle items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Willingness to work in a variable temperature and noise environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified
  • Ability to work in smoke filled environments
  • Mathematical skills including basic math and percentages
  • Able to stand and move safely throughout kitchen
  • Skilled in handling food, utensils, and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent or relevant food service experience preferred
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Produce food from standardized recipes
  • Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly
  • Ensure stations are prepared for anticipated business levels
  • Consistently meet ticket time requirements
  • Perform daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines
  • Handle high volume cooking and plating maintaining quality
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, timeliness, and safety
  • Follow procedures under culinary management supervision
  • Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments
  • Occasionally interact with guests
  • Abide by appearance standards
  • Perform additional assigned duties
