Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years of industry experience
  • Valid State Food Handler's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
  • Capability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years industry experience
  • Ability to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
  • Capable of directing banquet cooking up to 100 guests with small team support
  • Possession of necessary State Food Handler's License
  • Proficient in reading and comprehending instructions and memos
  • Working knowledge of mother and minor sauces
  • Familiarity with proper butchering techniques
  • Skilled in using specialized equipment such as slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to adjust preparation for flavor and customer needs in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Set up assigned station daily
  • Break down assigned station daily
  • Execute cooking according to Chef and Sous Chef expectations
  • Plate food items to standard
  • Prepare ingredients and perform kitchen prep
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of station
  • Practice sanitation and safety protocols
