- 5 plus years industry experience
- Valid state food handler's license
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years industry experience
- Ability to cook proteins to predetermined temperatures
- Necessary state food handler's license(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Working knowledge of mother and minor sauces
- Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
- Knowledge of specialized kitchen equipment
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to adjust preparations for flavor
- Ability to accommodate customer needs in a timely manner
Job Duties
- Set up assigned station daily
- Break down assigned station daily
- Execute cooking according to Chef and Sous Chef instructions
- Plate dishes following presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station
- Prepare ingredients and perform mise en place
- Assist in banquet cooking and directing small teams
