Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years industry experience
  • Valid state food handler's license
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years industry experience
  • Ability to cook proteins to predetermined temperatures
  • Necessary state food handler's license(s)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
  • Working knowledge of mother and minor sauces
  • Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
  • Knowledge of specialized kitchen equipment
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to adjust preparations for flavor
  • Ability to accommodate customer needs in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Set up assigned station daily
  • Break down assigned station daily
  • Execute cooking according to Chef and Sous Chef instructions
  • Plate dishes following presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station
  • Prepare ingredients and perform mise en place
  • Assist in banquet cooking and directing small teams
