Job Requirements

  • Five plus years industry experience
  • Ability to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
  • Ability to cook and direct a banquet up to 100 guests with a small team
  • Must possess a valid State Food Handler's License
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Required working knowledge of mother and minor sauces
  • Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
  • Familiarity with specialized kitchen equipment such as slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Must accommodate customer needs in a timely manner

  • Necessary State Food Handler's License
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos

  • Working knowledge of all mother and minor sauces
  • Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
  • Knowledge of specialized kitchen equipment including slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to adjust preparations for flavor and accommodate customer needs
