Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2+ years experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare and coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked in a timely, accurate, consistent and quality manner
- Comply with all established health, sanitation and safety procedures
- Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to teamwork and service
- Assume grill or line responsibilities requiring detail and creativity
- Guide other culinary staff members to ensure food quality in taste and appearance
