Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 2+ years experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked in a timely, accurate, consistent and quality manner
  • Comply with all established health, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to teamwork and service
  • Assume grill or line responsibilities requiring detail and creativity
  • Guide other culinary staff members to ensure food quality in taste and appearance
