Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have related kitchen tools
- Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to tolerate secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper food and knife handling
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic cooking skills

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items as directed by sous chef and executive chef recipes
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food products meet company standards
- Prepare, finish and garnish all menu items
- Practice proper food and knife handling
- Use and apply proper kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills
- Maintain a clean workstation during service time
- Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables
