- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
- Manage multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure every dish is plated to perfection and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines
- Help with inventory control, prepping, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Assist with kitchen maintenance and deep cleaning on a regular basis
