Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
  • Manage multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure every dish is plated to perfection and meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following all health and safety guidelines
  • Help with inventory control, prepping, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
  • Assist with kitchen maintenance and deep cleaning on a regular basis
