Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma and/or GED preferred
  • 1 year restaurant experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items as directed by recipes provided by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef
  • Ensure quality and presentation of food products meet company standards
  • Prepare, finish, and garnish all menu items
  • Practice proper food and knife handling
  • Use and apply proper kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills
  • Maintain a clean workstation during service time
  • Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables
  • Ensure kitchen and Health Department sanitation requirements are always maintained
  • Perform other duties as assigned
