Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays with variable overtime
- Ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust
- Must have related kitchen tools
- Food Handlers Certification
- High school diploma and/or GED preferred
- One year restaurant experience preferred
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items as directed by the recipes provided by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef
- Ensure quality and presentation of food products meet company standards
- Prepare, finish and garnish all menu items
- Practice proper food and knife handling
- Use and apply proper kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills
- Maintain a clean workstation during service time
- Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables
- Ensure kitchen and Health Department sanitation requirements are always maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
