Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Food Handlers Certification
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items exactly as directed by recipes from the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef
- Ensure every dish meets high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor
- Handle the preparation, finishing, and garnishing of all menu items with care and creativity
- Practice proper food and knife handling techniques to maintain safety and efficiency
- Apply basic cooking skills and kitchen safety procedures during every shift
- Keep workstation spotless and organized throughout service
- Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards, worktables, and equipment regularly
- Uphold kitchen and Health Department sanitation requirements at all times
- Jump in on other duties as assigned to keep the team running smoothly
- Bring your own related kitchen tools to hit the ground running
