  • Experience with breakfast cooking omelette station griddle station fry station
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under stress
  • Weekend availability
  • Skilled in food preparation with hand utensils and appropriate cookware
  • Knowledge of breakfast cooking including egg temperatures meat temperatures and allergens
  • Adherence to food safety standards including prevention of cross contamination
  • High attention to detail and plate presentation
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of a neat and safe workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with breakfast cooking including omelette station griddle station and fry station

Job Duties

  • Organize workstations with all required ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking such as chopping vegetables and slicing meats where needed
  • Use various utensils appliances or grills to cook food as needed
  • Monitor food while cooking to ensure it is evenly prepared
  • Dress dishes attractively before serving to ensure quality presentation
  • Maintain a clean sanitized and orderly kitchen at all times adhering to food safety standards
  • Store food and supplies properly to ensure freshness and safety
  • Inspect all ingredients for quality before use
  • Controlling waste and usage levels to ensure food cost is in line
  • Consistently follow established recipes and plate presentations
