- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under stress
- Weekend availability

- High attention to detail and plate presentation

Job Duties
- Organize workstations with all required ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking such as chopping vegetables and slicing meats where needed
- Use various utensils appliances or grills to cook food as needed
- Monitor food while cooking to ensure it is evenly prepared
- Dress dishes attractively before serving to ensure quality presentation
- Maintain a clean sanitized and orderly kitchen at all times adhering to food safety standards
- Store food and supplies properly to ensure freshness and safety
- Inspect all ingredients for quality before use
- Controlling waste and usage levels to ensure food cost is in line
- Consistently follow established recipes and plate presentations
