- Prior experience in cooking or food production
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical capability to lift and transport supplies
- Availability to work varying shifts
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold foods using batch cooking techniques
- Follow safe food handling and storage procedures
- Provide front of house service production in front of guests when required
- Serve food to patients and customers
- Set up and tear down food service stations
- Transport supplies, food, dishes, pots, pans and utensils
- Clean and sanitize equipment, carts and work areas
