Job Requirements

  • Basic kitchen knowledge preferred but no experience required
  • Great at following direction and step by step instruction with accuracy
  • Able to prioritize tasks safely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously stand, walk, reach, bend in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
  • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling
  • Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
