Job Duties
- Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling
- Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
