Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience (fine dining or high-volume strongly preferred)
  • ability to work fast, clean, and organized during heavy service
  • strong understanding of cooking techniques (searing, sauté, grilling, frying, roasting)
  • ability to handle high-pressure, high-ticket environments
  • punctual, reliable, and professional
  • must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Set up and maintain the hot line station (grill, sauté, fry, or assigned station)
  • cook menu items to order with full consistency, accuracy, and speed
  • execute sauces, proteins, vegetables, and sides following established standards
  • read tickets quickly and work clean under pressure during intense service
  • assist in prep production, batch cooking, and organization for high-volume service
  • maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
  • follow food-safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards
  • communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
  • assist with large banquets, events, and VIP dinners
