Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience (fine dining or high-volume strongly preferred)
- ability to work fast, clean, and organized during heavy service
- strong understanding of cooking techniques (searing, sauté, grilling, frying, roasting)
- ability to handle high-pressure, high-ticket environments
- punctual, reliable, and professional
- must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the hot line station (grill, sauté, fry, or assigned station)
- cook menu items to order with full consistency, accuracy, and speed
- execute sauces, proteins, vegetables, and sides following established standards
- read tickets quickly and work clean under pressure during intense service
- assist in prep production, batch cooking, and organization for high-volume service
- maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
- follow food-safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards
- communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
- assist with large banquets, events, and VIP dinners
