Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Comfortable lifting trays, racks, and bus tubs up to 40 lbs
- Strict adherence to hygiene and dress code standards

Job Duties
- Execute detailed prep tasks including washing, chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients
- Prepare simple sauces, stocks, and garnishes as directed by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in all food storage and prep areas
- Properly label, date, and rotate all food items using FIFO method to maintain quality and freshness
- Assist the Line Cooks during peak service times and support the overall kitchen flow
