Job Duties

Check food quality and freshness, properly rotate stock
Handle, store, and rotate food products according to policies
Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
Stock and maintain food levels at line stations
Portion, arrange, and garnish food according to recipes and standards
