Job Duties

Prepare all menu items according to the recipes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a superior dining experience
Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies before each shift
Execute dishes with speed and accuracy, maintaining consistency even in a fast-paced environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen throughout the shift
Properly wrap, label, and store all prep items at the end of each shift
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by management and local, state, and federal regulations
Support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, dishwashing, and line duties as needed
Other duties as assigned by manager
