Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a line cook
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- good hygiene and grooming standards
- ability to follow instructions precisely
- must attend orientation and training
- basic computer literacy
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- willingness to attend and successfully complete HOH training program and any other required training
- compliance with local and state regulations such as food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to prep and line build recipes
- check quality of ingredients
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as a team
- train using tablets or computer
- perform any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
