Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate clearly with kitchen and front of house staff
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs
- able to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
- compliance with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- adherence to portion sizes and cooking methods
- maintain workplace cleanliness and sanitation
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items according to Ruby standards
- comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- communicate clearly with managers and team members
- follow standard recipes consistently
