Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast-paced kitchen environments helpful but not required
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of 4-8 hours
- Manual dexterity and hand strength for tasks requiring grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to occasionally push, pull, reach above the shoulder, kneel, squat, or climb stairs
- Capability to lift and carry weights ranging from 0-50 pounds occasionally, seldom over 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Maintain clean kitchen environments using daily and weekly checklists
- Be flexible with work schedule
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Complete light food prep daily
- Make tacos following assembly line methods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations
- Use fryers and kitchen equipment safely to make shells and chips
- Work efficiently and accurately under fast-paced conditions
- Wash dishes, prep food, and help colleagues on the line
- Perform other duties as assigned
