Job Duties
- Complete light food prep daily
- Make tacos accurately and quickly in an assembly line style
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen following daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Use fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare shells and chips
- Collaborate with team members to wash dishes, prep food, and work the line
- Multi-task and move quickly during shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
