Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food prep experience helpful
- ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- manual dexterity including hand, wrist grasping, bending and twisting
- ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to kneel, squat, climb stairs occasionally
- good communication skills
- team player mindset
- clear understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- have reliable transportation
- maintain kitchen cleanliness using daily and weekly checklists
- be flexible with work schedule
- willing to work nights and weekends
- have passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- complete light food prep daily
- make tacos accurately and quickly
- maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- use fryer and typical kitchen equipment
- assist in washing dishes and food prep
- multitask and work fast in a team environment
- perform other duties as assigned
