Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Minimum 1 year of related kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible morning or evening shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Able to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous kitchen experience as kitchen line cook and/or prep cook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Create a memorable guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality are of the highest standards
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and have excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of food quality, food safety, and consistency
  • Perform food preparation duties including line cook, grill, fryer, and sandwich prep
  • Follow established recipes and quality control protocols
