Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Able to perform hand and wrist movements
- Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to kneel, squat, or climb stairs occasionally

- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Complete light food prep daily
- Make tacos using assembly line style
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
- Use fryers and typical kitchen equipment for shells and chips
- Assist with dishwashing and food prep
- Multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
