Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience a plus
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to perform hand and wrist movements continuously
- Occasionally push, pull, reach above shoulder level
- Occasionally kneel, squat, or climb stairs
- Ability to lift or carry 0-25 pounds continuously and 25-50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to keep the kitchen clean following checklists
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- Make shells and chips daily using fryers and kitchen equipment
- Perform fast assembly of tacos with accuracy
- Participate in dishwashing, food prep, and line work collaboratively
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness with daily and weekly checklists
- Multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
