Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items according to the recipes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a superior dining experience
  • set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies before each shift
  • execute dishes with speed and accuracy, maintaining consistency even in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen throughout the shift
  • properly wrap, label, and store all prep items at the end of each shift
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by management and local, state, and federal regulations
  • support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, dishwashing, and line duties as needed
  • other duties as assigned by Manager
