Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a kitchen or prep role preferred
- ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and station diagrams with consistency
- comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- strong multitasking and time management skills
- dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- food handler's certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute all menu items according to Fjord recipes and presentation standards
- maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized station throughout each shift
- follow daily prep lists and ensure mise en place is ready before service begins
- communicate clearly with team members and managers to ensure smooth ticket flow and timing
- ensure all food is cooked, handled, and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
- support takeout and catering production as needed
- follow end-of-shift cleaning and breakdown procedures
- participate in daily line checks and quality control protocols
