Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a kitchen or prep role preferred
  • ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and station diagrams with consistency
  • comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • strong multitasking and time management skills
  • dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • food handler's certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute all menu items according to Fjord recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized station throughout each shift
  • follow daily prep lists and ensure mise en place is ready before service begins
  • communicate clearly with team members and managers to ensure smooth ticket flow and timing
  • ensure all food is cooked, handled, and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
  • support takeout and catering production as needed
  • follow end-of-shift cleaning and breakdown procedures
  • participate in daily line checks and quality control protocols
