Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a professional kitchen setting
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- understanding of basic food safety practices
- good organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Talkin' Tacos' recipes and quality standards
- ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes meet sanitation and safety guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and maximize freshness
- assist in the development of new menu items and specials
- maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
