Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- Ability to stand or walk continuously for 4-8 hours
- Capacity to perform hand and wrist activities including grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to push, pull, and reach above the shoulder occasionally
- Ability to kneel, squat, or climb stairs occasionally
- Capability to lift and carry 0-25 pounds continuously and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Make shells and chips daily using fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Assemble tacos quickly and accurately in a fast-paced assembly line
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen following daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Assist with dishwashing and food prep as part of teamwork
- Multitask efficiently and stay organized during peak hours
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
